What Are Equivalent Fractions??
Equivalent fractions are fractions that have the same value [they can be divided and have no remainder.]
What Are Some Examples of E.F?
Take a fraction like... 5/7 multiply each number by say 5.... = 25/35 that means that both fractions equal each other [equivalent]
now you try.... 5/7 multiply by 8..... do you have the answer? If you are correct you should have the fraction 40/56.
Try some more fractions and see what is equivalent to those if you practice you'll be a master in no time!

How To Make A Whole Line Of Equivalent Fractions
If you're ready for something a little harder, then you've come to the right place! if you want to make multiple equivalent fractions, it is so easy! All you have to do is take any fraction say,
5 10
__ and make one equivalent fraction. Like.... ______ and then multiply this by a number like
10 20
this..... 20 Eventually your number line should look like this :
____
5/10, 10/20, 20/40, 40/80, 80/160 etc....
